Hôtel 9Confidentiel – Paris

Located in the Marais area, within the 9Confidentiel hotel designed by Stark agency, Le Confidence is an intimist cocktail bar spreading oscillating inspirations between neoclassicism and contemporaneity, inspired by the delicate and sophisticated poetry of the 1920s. The bar team serves a "female influence" cocktail menu, mixing violet, rose, infused jasmine… Recipes created and directed by renowned mixologist Nico de Soto.

Agence En Place has been prescribed by him to design an interior bar layout for a professional service and mise en place. The mission was to set up two functional cocktail stations to allow two bartenders working simultaneously within a narrow rounded space. For a further ergonomic space, the cleaning area has been cleverly integrated in the continuity of the bar layout, while remaining discreet and aesthetic because at the sight of seated customers all around the bar.
