Déviant – Paris

Neighbor of the restaurant Vivant and the freshly opened Bourbon Hotel club, in the Petites Écuries street, Déviant is the newcomer of the Savoir-Vivre group. Interior designer William Ventura speaks out with an ultra modern and minimalist brutal design, contrasting with the classical Parisian cafés. Halfway between a bar and a restaurant, the room highlights a massive terrazzo concrete bar mixed with a veined white marble top. Both bar and show kitchen, the team cooks small dishes to share paired with a deviant selection of natural wines.

Agence En Place has been consulted to design and manufacture the interior bar layout by integrating a built-in LED backlit wine cellar within the terrazzo structure. Embarked refrigerated equipments ventilate variable temperature ranges between reds and whites. Outside, the double-walled insulated glass display has been polished to a bright mirror finish to contrast with the interior layout matt finish.
