La Méduse

Moored off the Canal Saint-Martin, La Méduse is a modern French café-bistrot, furnished with a minimalist and contemporary design. The team make home-made sea-food dishes paired with a simple though efficient selection of nature wines and fine drinks.
Agence En Place has been consulted to design a specifical interior bar layout, embodying a double working station optimised to the minimal need, along with a tailor made oyster-station for the presentation and service of the products facing customers.
