Real icon of the 90s Parisian nightlife, le Mathis has long time remained the exclusive community of the socialites. The Experimental Group team is now running the place to make it reborn new, by managing its fine restaurant as well as a "bar boudoir", keeping its former philosophy alive.
The mission was to fit their very own serving techniques, by designing a tailormade configuration, closely team-working with their members.
