Hôtel Molitor

Once a hot spot of the underground and Parisian street art scene since its closing in 1989, Piscine Molitor, a listed historical monument, reopens its doors in 2014 by the Accor group to give birth to a luxury hotel and trendy restaurant saving its street art legacy mixed with an art déco architecture.
The Hôtel Molitor commissioned Agence En Place to redesign the interior bar layout of its "Urban Brasserie" restaurant to lead it to the mixology trend. The concept has been meticulously designed to be functionally adapted to various kinds of mise en place, fitting each service: breakfast, lunch and dinner. The layout also integrates the under countertop built-in electrical equipments, fitting the dimensions, to pay a particular attention to the place's details.
