Maison Breguet – Paris

Both cocktail bar and bistronomic restaurant of the also known as ***** boutique hotel Maison Breguet, the house turns a former laundry machine factory into a real lifestyle venue downtown Bastille. Designed as a real country house, warm and welcoming, it showcases the work of numerous gastronomic and design craftsmanship.

Agence En Place has been consulted by David Lahner and Marco Marzili, pioneers of the Parisian bistronomic trend, to design the interior bar layout in collaboration with Juan Alvarez from Sagrada, English design studio, alongside with Bonnet & Thirode, renowned kitchen manufacturer. We have been challenged to smartly bring together, within the same area, different kind of setups according to the service shifts. Coordinating the kitchen manufacturer’s equipments was also part of the specifications so as to build them perfectly in, for a meticulous finish.
